Novex Marketing Pvt Ltd has a website that claims to be genuine and registered under a government body. They have mentioned their MCA details and registration no on the website which appeared to be reliable therefore I enrolled in their Plan 2 for which they charged 19900/-. I paid the same on 8th Nov and got the typing work of 300 pages. I did the same and submitted the project on the given date 5th Dec 23. As per the mail confirmation I was supposed to get the payment for my work and a new project on 8th Dec 23 but to my utter surprise, they have stopped responding to my emails and the mobile no – 7978566631, on which I spoke to their executive Aakash (the name he told me) on 8th Nov ’23 for payment confirmation. I have mail confirmation from support@novexmarketing.com of the registration under plan 2. Now the refundable registration amount of 19900/- and the payment of work done by me is stuck as they are not responding. Request you to kindly take strict action against this company who claims Ms Meera Nair is the director and help me getting my money back.
