This company given me 1200 forms with names and addresses to enter in 12 days. I spent many hours with lots of efforts and did the job. They are now saying 239 entries are wrong and did not meet the accuracy. Instead of paying for my efforts, atleast for the correct forms, but they are asking me to pay 3900 otherwise they will file a case and I have to pay with penalty Rs 25,000 to 30,000/-. They have not even given time to review the incorrect entries and asking to pay the amount within an hour. An advocate Dipti Sharma is texting me in whatsapp asking for money and she is saying she filed case in the court under section 420 and sent legal notice. This is fraud company targeting innocent people and getting done their work without paying anything and in addition, blackmailing them with legal action and collecting money from them. I request you to please take action on this company.

Same thing happened with me, they are threatening me that they will give notice and they file charges against the court
Same thing happened to me they are collecting money in the name of VISHWA ENTERPRISE
So have you paid any amount to them
Yes I have paid.but they have not given NOC. If I ask they won’t replay. Can I file a complaint in consumer court
Same happened with me.. last time I did not complete they made me pay and also sent legal notice.. now they are not responding even after completing the forns
