Dear sir/Mam,

Greetings of the day!

This is with reference to a data entry job which I have enrolled myself on 14 th March 2023.

The company ( Shiftpeak hiring service Delhi) , without even informing me about the agreement and job closure process they enrolled me by taking my driving license copy and photo with digital signature.
Basically filling up 1200 forms in 13 days and is very complicated address and client profiles ( US n Canada address).and I completed work as per their QC check only 491 forms are correct others are wrong and they where asking money and threatening me
I have n asked for any pan number gst number they didn’t give.. If the admin charge is not paid, they sent a legal notice saying that they have to pay a penalty of Rs 40,000. They don’t even want to pay for completing the 490 form correctly
Please do the need full for this kind of fake company ..
