Sir,
- my name is BHAN SINGH, i have received an call from SOLITAIRE TECHNOLOGY from an lady telling that you have applied for an job if you want to join for data entry job you can join and she said that you will get 1400 forms you have to fill it with in 10 days and you will get 35000 after completion and with 90% accuracy
so i accepted and they asked for id proof(aadhar card), email id and alternative mobile number after submitting had started the work already completed 10% of my work, after few hours i get an email, in this mail i get an agreement and acceptance pdf in an agreement they are telling that if there is below 90% accuracy then i have to pay an penalty of 7100 and agreement is valid for 11 months
they have not told me about it .After seeing the e-mail, I refused to do this work. but today advocate naina mehta GJ- 1778/2016 called me and send me a notice.
i have attached the PDF of notice,agreement and acceptance letter from Fraud company . please help me
