Respected Sir/Madam
I got a job offer from a company Camin Technology and they asked me to fill 600 forms in 5 days for a salary. They took my Aadhar card, Photograph and Signature and made me accept terms and conditions that if I don’t complete the job correctly in 5 days I will have to pay them 5500 Rs. After completing the work,they told me it was not accurate and I have to pay 5500. I paid them the amount via a gpay number. After that someone calls me named “Amar Verma” referring himself as a senior officer and says my contract is for 11 months and I have to pay 22000 to terminate it otherwise they will take me to court. They made a pdf of terms and conditions and sent it to me but I had not accepted those conditions before. Now they are calling threatening for money otherwise they will take me to court. I’m student sir and I can’t pay so much money. Please sir/madam help me and my family. I’m also not aloan sir, I have seen a lot of students like me online posting about this in the consumer complaint forum. I also attach evidence of all the happenings.
