My name is Mukesh. I got call from a person whose name is Arjun on 2nd December 2021 from this number+917610420401. He said that he is executive person of Jolley Service, Gujarat and said that he will offer me data entry job. And without my concent they prepare an agreement and told me to upload my adhar card and signature. And after that they told me to do job from today without any training or discription. After 2-3 days my I’d get blocked and I called Arjun but he didn’t picked up and never bother to call back and they didn’t even provide me any email id or helpline number and now after 1 week they are asking me for money 5000INR. When I refused to pay then they start blackmailing to take legal action against me and sending me normal message from Adv. Neha Patel from phone number +919516366160 and send me mail through mail ID advocateassociate.1444@gmail.com mentioned name as advocate Nitin Sharma. And now they are mentally harassing me and saying that I have to pay 180000INR. After that I called her she did not pick up the call and then I text her and ask her to share her advocate ID but she indirectly refuses to show her ID or any proof which proves her identity as an advocate. And there was no stamp or letter head on the agreement and I didn’t even sign that agreement but they cropped my signature from the page and pasted it on the agreement. And after I refuse they sended me a normal text message on my phone number from AX-JUSTBL and AD-JUSTBL and they didn’t even provide company proper information and it’s not even in the map or Google and now they are threatening me.
