I have got a call from a lady of DARKINN INTERNATIOL she told me to do 300 forms in 3 days and asked me to give me a signature and E SHARM CARD and passport size photo without any agreement sharing and then they pasted those pictures on their so called government agreement and with the rule that if I won’t able to do it I have to pay rs 4800. Now they sent me a following lawyer notice.
This Intimation letter Informs you that Macro Technology Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
. I have paid 4800 .PLS REFUND AMOUNT
