I received a call from 7430919307 and he said you have applied for a job from job seeking website, and told that his company is epitech digital services, will give Data entry work of 390 forms under a contract that it should be completed in 4 days with 90% of accuracy if fails then I have to submit their registration fee(Rs.5320). I agreed. They provided me a panel with user and password
I did all entries within 4 days after checking each form before submitting. But on 5th day they called me and said Quality checking team will send a quality report of my task. There they showed 344corrected forms and it should be 351 forms to be corrected. Then told me that you did excellent job, you are new so company is giving you 2nd chance to correct your wrong forms for that you have to submit Rs.19950 and forms will be auto corrected. You have to open your panel only, not to do anything. This such money will be refunded with my actual amount(after filling form). I have taken risk(that is my biggest mistake). Then I received an email from [email protected] that my work credit is low as per the company So you have to submit Rs24880 more to increase your credit. This is also refundable. All money you will get after once your Work limit will increased. I refused to pay that this such amount is very big. Then they told OK a FIR will be registered on you and You have to come District Court Dahod and cut the phone. I was so tensed, I didn’t want to go court because never went to court. In this situation An advocate called me told his name Manish Agrawal (9732212815) and started threatening me that company had filled a case against you and 1 copy you will receive at your nearby police station also. I was in so much tensed and I have paid that amount also to avoid this case. Then again I received an mail “[email protected]: that on 6 july you have to come Dohad District court for first appearance. He( Manish Advocate) called me that you submitted money so company had taken the case back. But you have to pay expenses which is in document processing and I received mail again from “[email protected] with an Rs100 India Non-Judicial Paper format where no any court stamp was there

If not paid then an arrest warrant will be issue for you.
I didn’t pay then any amount but I lost what I paid.
I am requesting you to get my money back and take a strict action towards this high profile fraudsters team having own website (mentioned above), so called advocate, Quality team and many more.
Some more information I want to share as per District court they sent me:
A Case Has Been Registered Against You In Dahod Gujarat District Court. As Per The Agreement, It Was Clearly Mentioned That You Have To Clear The Registration Amount + Noc Fees And You Have Not Followed The Terms & Conditions Written In The Agreement. As Per The Indian Contract Act Under IPC Section 73, 74. A Breaching Of Agreement Case Has Been Registered Against You. Kindly Be Present At Dahod Court On 22nd December 2022.
Note: In Case, You Are Unable To Be Present At Court First Trial Date, Court May Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.
