I received a call for data entry job from a company named Avion Technologies where I was asked to fill 690 forms within 7 days with 90% accuracy. They told me that double login I have done with 2 IP address technology but I didn’t do that and then I will have to pay them the registration fee of Rs. 6150, cause of money problems I didn’t do that. First of all the data was extremely irrelevant but still I entered everything that was written. Between the work I got a QC report that I have to pay penalty Rs. 6150 and also they told me on call you also want to continue the work then you also have to pay around Rs.8000 ten also I told them I’m students and that is an internet issue then they told me any how you have to pay the amount or if you don’t have 8k then you will also pay 4k, it will be refundable as pr affidavit . Still I didn’t gave them Rs. 6150. But after that I received a mail from a fraud lawyer named Hitesh Deshmukh who mail me that avion technologies company has filed case under the section of 73-74-75 of Indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against me as under law that mention on the agreement that if I have not succeeded on your job then you have to pay the penalty amound. Remedies for breach of contract . If I don’t pay the registered amount of 6,150/- and cancel the project then j must need to pay the companies project loose amount 1,27,530/- now I have done the agreement with the company for which I would have to sign an NOC agreement and pay him around Rs. 34,530. I was not informed anything about this agreement prior. I didn’t agree to sign the cancellation agreement, so he declined the NOC and sent me a court notice stating that now I have to pay around Rs.1,37,340 and also asked me to present myself In the court. I am not going to pay a single penny further to these fraudsters.
