When i applied to data entry job to S-Pro technology which conducts via https://homeworkfreelancing.com website, the party member said it to be free of charge. Nothing was said during sign up either. After though they sent terms and conditions which were never given to accept in first place. The terms only said that a fine of 6000 in case work not completed within stipulated time and 3500 in case of multiple logins.
I used the same laptop and same browser but locked out multiple times saying multiple login. Due to some circumstances couldn’t complete first week work and got a call that i have to attend court of pay 6000. I said i would pay and i did.
Later they said i have to pay 20,000 as i wanted to terminate the contract which i never said. Then they intimidated with sending a pdf file showing a “legal notice” to pay 2 lakh rupees, after i asked the caller about his advocate id.
When i asked, they considered that i can continue working after paying 20,000 which i paid. The login was unblocked the next day. Now i got blocked again and got call that i paid only after i got notice, so i have to attend to Delhi High court. I amount i have to pay is 36,000 of which i paid only 20,000 and after paying 16k, my account will be terminated.
