I got a call for data entry job by company know as EVERSHINE COMPANY. I thought that it’s the scam and while uploading the all the details they were hurrying after this I was confirmed that it’s the scam though I uploaded my details. So I didn’t not took up the work. And I blocked thier numbers. I didn’t received any mail after that day. After a week some advocate called me and said me to pay the charges otherwise I have to appear before the court. The advocate claim I got emails but I didn’t get any email from the company.

This Intimation Letter Inform you, That EVERSHINE Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION
SECTION-406 – Punishment for criminal breach of trust – Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..
If you want Avoid the Legal proceedings pay the company maintenance charges 7,200 within 30 minutes court server time.
Note :- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court physically with your advocate.
