I applied for data entry jobs at Quicker jobs from there I got a call form Metalite Networks. They said that It’s data entry work from home job and you have to fill 480 form with 90% accuracy then I’ll receive payment. They said that for joining I have to sign a legal contract I agreed to it then next day I started to work . I was assigned to fill form of 480 entries in 5 days . I was said to get QC report within 48 hours and they sent me that report on 31 july 2023 ,next minute I got a call related to my salary process he said your report is not up to 90% accuracy as I missed 15 data entries than he said I can correct them by paying 19950/- it will be refundable after you correct those along with my salary 480*47=22560 . I said sir i am unemployed and a student how could I pay that amount then I told them I will pay the registration amount according to contract of Rs. 6560/- but I need some time to arrange the amount. Then his tone changed he talked me in rude way he said I want the amount within 24 hours I arranged it and send it to them then I got a call to collect the NOC for cancellation of contract. And I have to pay the amount of Rs. 34680/- to collect NOC from court.After that I searched whole thing and got to know that this all followed same technique to fraud the people.I said no to them that I can not pay this huge amount.after that on 4 August I received a legal notice stating that I need to present at the court on 6 August or pay a challan of 97879/-, along with FIR no and Filing no. advocate who sent me legal notice name is ABHISHEK DESAI , Anand District Court and that notice do not even have sign and seal anything.
