Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day,

This is with reference to a data entry job which I have enrolled myself on 29th March 2023.

The company ( Shiftpeak hiring service Delhi) , without even informing me about the agreement and job closure process they enrolled me by taking my aadhar card copy and photo with digital signature. Now the clause says that in case on non-closure of the job with in 12 days i liable to pay the penalty.
Basically filling up 1200 forms in 13 days and is very complicated address and client profiles ( US n Canada address).
