I am Tushar Raj from Ranchi, this compalint is about Delta BPO, an outsourcing company based in Janakpuri, Delhi. I was contacted by a Rashmi Chopra regarding data entry projects and copy paste ad posting work. I paid them in the tune of 2 lakhs for 10 ids for the mentioned work. After working for a month they rejected all our data with sketchy reasons citing fraud on my teams behalf after checking it we found that the data posted by us was edited( point is they also had our ids and passwords) when questioned on this they offered me other project for number verification and then provided me a quality report saying all is rejected and when we tried to recheck the data they say it’s not allowed. After that i get a mail from a company based in US saying my license is cancelled and my deposit amount forfeited. After that they just refused to talk or discuss anything about it. Moreover when i asked delta bpo for the termination letter to be sent to me they even refused to do that
