I had signed contract with SPARKLE ENTERPRISES on 20th August 2022 and complete the work in 7 days and if I did not complete the work, I had to pay 6700 to the company and that was it. As there was issue to complete the work, I tried to contact with the company person (8866316555) on 24th, 25th and 26th August 2022, the number was switch off. On 27th August 2022 I got mail from advocatelawfirm098@gmail.com saying that SPARKLE ENTERPRISES has filed case against me. Then I got call from number 7064028906 and told to pay 9980 rs to them. I paid the money, again they said to terminate the contract, I need to pay 14980 to close 2 files in high court and supreme court. Later he is asking me money to pay another 14980 to close the second file. I paid that amount too. Later he said your signature is required so come to court in Rajasthan, or else pay money for digital signature. He told to send Rs, 27880 for the signature. That about also I paid. Again he is asking to pay 27880 for second file. Then there was no response from his side. No letter has come to me regarding the case.
