I uploded my resume on job portal app quikr and few days later, I got a message on whatsapp for data entry job. They said I will get around 25000 in 9 days for typing 250 pages. I couldn’t complete the task and just on 9th day I received mail that complaint has filed against me in Hanumangarh court for breach of contract. If I dont pay them then, I’ll have to face in court. That mail just scared me and few days later I received one call, he took my name and full address and claimed himself as senior officer and said if I dont pay money, I’ll face legal action by company and if I pay, the case will be withdrawn. Again this thing scared me a lot. Then I searched on google how to deal with this type of problems and came across an article where a lawyer explained how these fraud companies are running and scamming people by giving data entry jobs. Now I am receiving calls and mails asking for money from that company. I know they are all fraud but still I am little bit worried everyday bcoz I’ve never been into police and court cases before. Please take a legal action against these frauds and dont let other poor people get in their trap.
