I got a message on WhatsApp stating that there is a job offer from HOME DATA ENTERPRISES for form filling typing work, no registration fees. The sent me and email and told me to sign on one empty box after which they said my id would get activited. The same day i got a contract with my signature on it which i obviously didn’t get to read and sign, my sign was just pasted there with terms and conditions of their own. I started doing work, after completing 50..60 pages i got a doubt about this company so i checked Truecaller and pasted the number from which i got the message. After getting to know its a fraud i messaged them that i dont want to work, so she said that u have to pay Rs.4000 for NOC or we will send you a legal notice, below is the message that was sent to me:-
Hello,
From
Our company is sending you legal notice at your residencial address with your signed agreement copy with I’d proof and all details. You will receive court notice with 25000/- Penalty charges. If u will deny then we will have to take strong actions against you.

I started doing work, after completiing 698 forms i got msg on dashboard that your account is blocked because u submit 2 blank forms. After that i messaged them, so she said that u have to pay Rs.4000 for NOC or we will send you a legal notice then you pay 25K.. and lady named Riya is very horrible.. she said to me.. mai apko dekh lungi and all
phir aapne kya kiya…..same thing happen with me…i have also completed 640 forms …ans its showing Your QC report is pending….to maine vo unko call krke bataya to unhone bola ki technical team se call aayega ….to unhone call kiya mujhe aur bataya ki login logn out ka issue hai aapke …apne thik se nahi kia tha….maine to sab proper kiya tha…din rat ek karke kam kiya tha …lekin vo fraud the isliye aisa kiya …….aur aaj msg aya ki legal action lii kayegi aur 25000 penalty charges dena padega …..maine abhi to block kiya hai….apne kya kiya hai..pls reply….police complaint karna jaruri hai kya
