I am a student, and one day I received a message from this company that they will provide a data entry job which has a very good pay of about 18600 and the registration amount of 5500 will be deducted from the first pay out. And then I agreed and in excitement I signed there contract. Then with an hour or so they provided me a link to an account with the 600 forms which has a deadline of 5 days. When I started working I suddenly realized that there are many minor things that they have not told me during the call for the verification purposes. When I read there contract carefully I was shocked because I found out many things such as if I want to cancel the agreement then I have to pay 22000 excluding registration fees which is 5500. After realizing that this company is fraud I stopped working. Then after few days I received a call from a advocate named Vivek Mehta ( 7698617671) he told me because you have not completed the work and also not paid the registration fees, we are sending you the legal notice of 150000 to 200000rs for agreement breach under sections 37 & 73, 74 , 75 and 420. Now what to do in this situation and I will be filing an official complaint in cyber cell in upcoming days.
