They called me and asked details with lucrative offer but did not specify fine if I couldn’t. They never followed up nor I was aware of any project. Now they are calling and messaging me about case filed under section 72,73,74 in Indian contract act 1872 or pay heavy amount or face the case. Please help

Hello friend you don’t need to worry just ignore them and LOCK YOUR ADHAR CARD and you tell them that you have filed a FIR complaint or tell them to do whatever they want. Whatever they tell you it’s fraud and fake . You can sue them with IPC 406 AND 420 of Indian penal code.
