Respected Sir,
My name is Teena Jugan. Few days ago I am searching for a online job in Google. I can apply for the data entry job in Instant Services Company in which I have to fill 800 forms with 90% accuracy in 7 days. I give my details for them. They scan my photo and signature make a fake contract without knowing me, in which they written if you are fail to complete the work you have to pay Rs.5600 otherwise legal action should be taken against you. Then I started my work but unfortunately I cannot complete the work. So, they send me a mail in which they written you cannot complete the work so you have to Rs.5600 otherwise we take legal action.But I cannot pay the amount. After 3-4 days they send me a legal notice through email related contract breach. I am scared to see the mail but I ignored that. But yesterday an unknown number send me the notice and also said that FIR has been registered against and we send the hard copy of the notice to your address. He give me the choice to clear the case by the paying the amount of Rs.5600 or by the court where you have to pay the penalty of Rs. 1.8 lac. Sir can you please help me out from escaping this situation I am very scared. Pleas help me.
