Actually I have received a call and mail from cognizant system company,and they said to read the following documents as I read they said that no registration charge and all ‘ll be charge , and you have just fill 510 forms accurately ,and at first salary they deduct 4380/-as registration fees,and if you log in from different device you have to pay 7999/-as service fee than I mistakenly log in through phone and my I’d got blocked than they called me up and said that I have logged in through phone that’s why your I’d have been blocked to regenerate it u have to pay 7999/- rupees to continue your work ,than I just said that I m not interested in this work,and after some day one adv.named abhay Singh gj4585/2014 called me up and said that I’m saying from Gujrat court and you didn’t follow the agreement and didn’t pay the registration Amount of company so court will take action on behalf of that company mention above,so I just hanged up and than he send me and FIR legal cout notice…and said the same as I HV read some cases ,that you have to come to Gujrat district court on the date mention in the legal notice,and you have to pay 37740/-and you are not present than arrest warrant would be generated.
So it’s an humble request to take an action regarding this issues which are harassing people’s mentally, financially.
