I am Sudheer J i have applied for work from home in core enterprises and got assigned work of typing 10000 captcha entries in 10 days. I have some work in my new construction home . I couldn’t submit my work. after 10 days they blocked my user ID and i can’t login for work , i send them mail as per the agreement i had completed 6900 rupees data. But they called me and send legal notice saying i need to come to court and pay the penalty amount that is Rs 2,25,000/- in 2 days. I lost my job due to corona i returned from gulf also i have a bank loan for my home construction. And i can’t pay . And either this payment of 2,25,000 was not mentioned in agreement but now they are threatening me of filing a case on me Under Section 37 & 73, 74, 75 and 420. so please consider my complaint and save my family from this fraud company.
Please look into this issue cyber crime should take a look into this matter
I am facing the same problem and recieving constant threats from different numbers addressing them as advocates. They are sending me legal notices , sms, calls from various numbers. Kindly help me.
I really want to get out of this mess. I made a mistake of trusting something like that so easily. Please help me.
