Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I have been facing issue with the Mobile Data usage i.e. 1/10/2020 and 14/10/2020 there was a drastic reduction of data pack. Out of the daily usage of 2 GB, i received message saying 50% data has been used. ButwBut if I one continued with it after an hour I’m getting received another message saying 90% is used. During this time there was not much usage of mobile phone. Firstly, there is Network issue all over nazafgarh Arjun park, even if the mobile is showing 4G i do not get 4G speed, i have to put airplane mode or restart the mobile for 4G speed.

Again TODAY the same issue as occurred for third time. Received a message saying i have consumed 50% of the data. I have attached screen shot of the same.

The use of mobile was very minimal, even then the data pack kept on reducing. This is the thirds time today this has happened within one month. Airtel has been very irresponsible regarding this, as this issue was reported earlier, even then again this issue has occurred. There has been repeated complaints even then there has been no support or improvement.
