MY CURRENT PACK WILL EXPIRE ON 22 MAR 2022. AFTER RECEIVING A SMS, I RECHARGE FOR 365 DAYS PLAN. THIS PLAN WITH 24GB DATA SHOULD BE ACTIVATED AFTER EXPIRY OF MY CURRENT PLAN ACCORDING TO THE SMS. BUT I NOTICE THAT THE DATA HAS STARTED DEDUCTING FROM MY FUTURE PLAN. THE EXISTING OLD DATA (13.7GB+5GB) IS NOT USING.
SHALL I LOSE MY OLD DATA? HOW THE FUTURE DATA IS DEDUCTING? PLEASE HELP.
