In my Airtel app, there are many Data coupons unused. When I redeem the coupon, I get the SMS saying ” You have successfully claimed the coupon. Data will reflect in your account in 15 minutes”. But I don’t see any data added. I experienced this 2-3 times.
There is no provision to raise the complaint in the app. I called 198 to raise the complaint, but no provision to talk to the executives.
