Sub-Complain against Airtell mobile network service provider-data consumed without uses.
I have subscribed / recharged my mobile no-7976266485 network since 13th of June 2020,Txn ID is given 2006132668493 worth Rs548 another ID given-2006132668752.
Yesterday used data 1,5 Gb till 12.45 am for dated 17th.06.2020,means midnight till another data issue 1.5 Gb for today-since 18th.06.2020 but they deny to pay data and shown data used but don’t show or given uses data ?
Question raise ,why not give details about uses of data like Jio etc? this can be cause of fraud ?
I request from Trai that take legal action against this fraud and give instruction to provide data uses to the customers and they are service provider.
I have also complained -UDLB1 but couldn’t got any reply.
