Hi Sir/Mam,
I am facing data issue from a very long time. I am not using the data upto what it shows but I get the message of data consumption way before. Yesterday, I just used 760-800 MB of data but I got message that I have consumed 50% of my data. At around 11:30PM, I had around 200 MB left but I got message that I have consumed 100 % of my data way before. I was not able to use the net even after having data of 200 MB left. I called customer care but was not satisfied with the conversation. Hereby, filing the complaint. Please find the screenshot attached. You can see the time of screenshot when I took of my yesterday’s data usage and time when I get the message of 100 % data consumption.
You are increasing data rate day by day. And I am still connected to your network Inspite of this because I always had a good experience from this network. I have been using this network from a very long time. Now, I am really facing issues with your service. This is not something that we expect from you. Please let me know why is it so, why your system is generating mail of data consumption way before resulting in poor quality of service????
