Dear Airtel Team,
I am facing the following issue with a repeat recharge done of 379/- done today.
a. My current plan expires on 24 Sep 2021 – 379 (pre paid)
b. I also have a Data Pack recharge of 50 GB expiring on the same validity date. Currently 38 GB of the same is still available.
c. I carried out a recharge of 379 ( repeat) today 03 Sep 2021. This contains 6GB data also valid till 12 Dec 2021.
While consuming data, the earlier recharge balance of 38 GB is NOT getting consumed. Instead, the new 6 GB is getting consumed.
This would be a loss for me . Please therefore arrange to add the 38 GB of data to the 6 GB so that total of 44 GB can be consumed till fresh validity date of 12 Dec 2021
