Text of Complaint by Virendra Dubey:

Sir today is 3rd day I am being victimised

Airtel is cheating with data loss since past 3 days. Whole data 1.5 GB available with regular recharge plan is not being made available. Once mobile is switched on, immediately message is flashed “Your 100% data is used”. . I am unable to use even a single KB data on following dates

13/11/20, 16/11/12 and 17/11/20

I have been with them during their thick and thin, been Airtel customer for more than 12 years. Unable to understand their attitude. During this pandemic my suffering is beyond any guess. I am Sr. Citizen airtel customer care not responding including Nodal officer

Md Shariff from Airtel and Francis from Twitter called yesterday and promised no repetition but it turned all fake again on 17/11/20 there was no internet and repetition of msg your data is over buy this plan and that plan at least 10 times in a day.

Simply proving harassment is being done properly with a purpose  to loot data and get additional revenue by selling additional data plan

I approached Airtel mailed them about the issue, touched them on social sites but they are shirking off from any responsibility and insisting data has been used by me.

Need urgent help as Airtel is not responding
