I tried to access data on 31st Dec 2021 at about 10:00am. But I was not able to browse internet and received a message for 100% use of daily data(1.5gb) so, I called on customer care number 121 and 9934099340 for talk to customer care executive but no option is given to talk to customer care executive except repeating recorded voice that “you have used 100% data of today”. As I have not used data after 12pm midnight then who have used my data. So I want to complain because I didn’t get answer and I guess Airtel has cheated me.
