I had brought a airtel Data Card Number 9136909812 with 6 months rental on Feb 24th 2019.Due to wrong payment done by airtel team, I started receiving mails for bill payment after 2 months which was around 3000 Rs, more than rental. when i didn’t pay it, data card got cancelled.
I had used it for 2 months only and it took 1 month for finding out data card is deactivated due to wrong payment n all of that.
When I told them to activate it for remaining 4 months, they refused it saying it will activated only for 3 months. This all happened in May month end.
Also when i told them to activate it now i.e june end month, they refused saying it is deactivated. They also asked me to pay for instrument and bill amount which i refused and eventually Airtel team has taken a payment from me of 6 months rental which is 2832 Rs. Good way to fool customers and steal their money.
Very bad experience and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy your plan.
