Dear Team,
I would like to inform you that I have placed an order on Saturday,23rd Jan,2021 and also delivered my order with order Id:12626286400 on 27th Jan-2021 but found defective product.
Shopline S650 Mono Bluetooth Headset(Black)/Line-S530 Bluetooth-15 not working and data cable also. So That I have raised online complaint for pickup defective materials return but it has cancelled without ackloadge to customer After that I have called so many time and mail to PayTM but no response.
Kindly arrange for pick up and refund my money in my account on the same mode transaction and find the defective product snapshot for reference :

Finaly picked up defective S-530 headset bluetooth By PayTm mall . Thank a lot .
Finally picked up shoponline S-530 headset bluetooth black from PayTM mall side and also intiate refund amount.
