Dear Team,
I would like to inform you that I have placed an order on Saturday,23rd Jan,2021 and also delivered my order with order Id:12626286400 on 27th Jan-2021 but found defective product.
Shopline S650 Mono Bluetooth Headset(Black)/Line-S530 Bluetooth-15 not working and data cable also not working. So That I have raised online pick for defective materials return on 28th Jan,2028 but it has cancelled without acknowladge to customer. I have clled So many time and mail also but no response from PAYTM
Kindly arrange for pick up and refund my money in my account on the same mode transaction and find the snapshot for reference :

Finally picked up shoponline S-530 headset bluetooth black from PayTM mall side and also intiate refund amount.
