Text of Complaint by Akpaja Emmanuel:

I recharged 1500 worth air time to subscribe for 3GB for a month on the 23rd of April and it was successful with a roll over of 925 MB. On the 27th ( four days after) I was told I don’t have any data bundle. Please help to resolve this. Thank you.
