A data breach or digital tresspassing app. Assuming, you aren’t in emergency using for necessity, you violate the privacy of another person, that person will feel the same way you feel violated if your phone is accessed.
Term access can mean many things. Physically or using a software, bare details etc.how you accessed can make you liable for legal action cibil or criminal.
