This complaint is in regards to the call i made on 26th november in Airtel enquiring about Ireland Roaming Packs. i had a conversation with three customer care executives in the evening around 530 pm. I called at first and was given some wrong information about these packs which i didnt realise until i called up next. The guy i spoke to in airtel when second time i called, was rude, adamant about his packs. Obviously, i was not happy with the service airtel provides and facts that are incorrect and customer care people knowledge is incorrect. How will they guide us and this guy told me by himself he will transfer the call to his senior. I was ok and During transfer he asked me why did i call when i had the info about pack, i told him i need more info. He widout listening to my sentence, he kept me on hold again. He transferred the call to senior and that thing got sorted. Lately at around 11:20 pm same night, i get whatsapp messages and the guy abuses me and when i read these messages. He blocked me. Upon enquiring i got to know this is a company number i got texts from. Nice one airtel.. This thing is going in ur company. These people take customer info and txt them.. What if he had taken my address ? This kind of threat, i have been trying to get this sorted via twitter but no response from you guys. What service are u providing and this is a data breach which needs to be taken care of seriously. I need a response on your actions taken.

Bhawna. …not exactly like your case but even i am facing biggest data breach and privacy breach from Airtel….my case is much explainable and it clearly shows that no one is safe……they are playing with us.
I am shocking period after that.
