I have triggered a data booster pack on 10th June and the data has not yet been added to my account. I have not received any sms regarding the same till date.
When i enquired the same in customer care number they are saying that data had been added and I have already used the entire data. Thats really ridiculous.
There is no way that i have the knowledge when data was added and how I used it.
I have taken a screen shot of the data usage today in my account which i am attaching.
It does not show any booster pack data added to my account.
I get sms saying 90% used as on 12th of 189.2 GB which is my data balance and that too does not include booster data.
I feel cheated by airtel …. not adding data but sincerely billing for the booster packs.
The same issue I had raised 2 months back and the complaint was closed without resolving it.
I am unnecessarily paying the amount for booster packs without receiving the data.
This is sheer irresponsible behaviour from Airtel.
I feel badly cheated and regret for being an Airtel customer for 20 long years and getting an customer care thats absolute nonsense.
