Hi I have a prepaid number which I recharge with 598 allowing me to have 1.5 GB data daily. But after using the internet for 30 mins , I get notification of 50% usage and another 20 mins gives me 100 % usage notification. I have not even played any video yet. All I did was watsapp for 10 mins and jio for 15 mins. This for no reason can use 1.5 GB data. Mind the fact I have ensured no background running apps since last few months when I started facing this problem but now to my dismay this is happening 3-4 times a week. Whom do I complain and how do I get refund of the recharge amount
