Hi,

For my jio number 8668112471 I have activate add on pack on 1st june

 

I don’t use much data on that day

 

I have proof from my jio app data consumption details that I consumed 2gb approximately.

 

However,I have 3gb add on and daily data pack 1.5gb total 4.5gb.

 

I got sms that I comes all my data, but I don’t use.

 

I raised multiple complaint against this, no one resolved

 

Need your attention.
