Dear sir,
I have been using airtel mobile since long time. My name chirav shah mobile number 9898165538. Unknowingly I apply all 6 gb data coupens for today itself, despite having 2.9 gb data of today itself.
I was unknown with policies of airtel and hence I asked them to refund all 6 gb data coupens or give me acess till me expiry date which is 16 February 2021 like other operator.
This is wrong practice as if client is not aware and asking to refund data or rollover same why airtel denying same ?
This is clearly visible that intention of airtel is not to support and understand client.
