Text of Complaint by Rumki Sanyal:

This is to inform you about my experience with Airtel which is not that satisfactory. Most of the time I keep facing issues with Airtel services either call or data. Some of the ocassion I have also asked your customer service executive to disconnect my service still they have not done so and clearly said “no” on my face. Didn’t even informed his name when asked. From last month I am facing a new issue. Overall I get 85gb of data per month under 899 plan which consists of one dth connection and 2 mobile connection. There were months where I have been using airtel data service for my personal use as well office work both. Even now also sometimes I keep using airtel data for office work too. It never happened that my data balance got 100% consumed. Since last month without even using proper, hardly use for 2-3 hr in a day data is getting fully consumed. This month also my data balance got retrieved on 11th as per my billing cycle and today by 22nd i.e within just 11 days of usage I received message of 90% data usage which is next to impossible. Don’t know if airtel has started stealing data balnce also or not. Never get proper resolution.
This is how I keep getting service I’ll disconnect my mobile connection.
