After making payment the data has to be renewed but the data was not reflected on my phone. it says I have consumed all data, according to my bill cycle the data will be renewed 24th of every month. then why I am supposed to make payment 5th of every month. then I asked for the solution they said to change the tariff then I would be getting extra data and I can continue the services. I got this issue on the 11th of April. till the 16th of April, no one could sort this. I spoke to all the floor supervisors but none of them are able to help me out. I visited Airtel store, even they don’t have the solution. again I called CC. every time I called they just took the complaint and sent a message that the issue has been resolved. they also arranged the callback from the respective technical team. but no one called so far. if they are unable to give satisfactory service then they have shut the operations. I am totally unhappy with the Airtel service. they have to stop fooling around. if they cannot solve a small technical issue then no point themselves calling India’s best and fastest network and service provider.
