Dear Sir/Madam,
I am regular postpaid user of Airtel from last so many years and paying bills on time vide mobile no 8968181281
Last month I converted my number to 649 postpaid family plan and added my wife into family plan.
In March they converted my mob no to 649 plan as per my request and made data already available on my phone around 250 GB to zero quoting some change in my mob no circle your data become zero as per Airtel policy you benefit are lapsed.
I wish to register complaint regarding three things
First mentioned above
Second after converting into 649 plan data is not given as per the plan 90 GB data plus add on data 30 GB to be given. But only last month data was provided by Airtel which is to be carried forwarded in next month.
I went to Airtel office in Srinagar where your representative Mr Tawheed changed my plan to Rs 799 so that data can be recovered but instead of getting the data a extra welcome bill Rs 150 plus GST now will be added to my plan with ZERO benefit to me.
Third.. from last 20 days I am continuously making complaint regarding non working of internet, the internet speed in getting slow to slowest to zero
I checked the network is changing from 4g to 2g and sometime 2G to 3G. Moreover calling is also dropping no body is caring about this from Airtel.
I received call from network team “sir your problem is solved” if I said no they said ” we will call you shortly” .

I am feeling completely harassed and looted by Airtel as I m paying huge amount of money to Airtel just for nothing and total harassment. Most of important are held pending for non working of internet and calling.
If Airtel didn’t resolve the issue I need to move to court .
Kindly register a complaint against Airtel for harassing a customer.
