I have been experiencing Internet and network issue with Airtel since January 2019 , I have lodged multiple complains with there customer support and have also complaint on twitter to there social media team , From last one week this issue has increased tremendously, Data does not work at all and even Voice quality Of the call is very poor . I’m so disappointed and annoyed with the way they are taking care of my issue . Every month I have been billed accurately , however the services which I’m getting in return is not acceptable. Time and gain I have been following up with them , however they failed to get me a solution . Each time there is a new representative assigned to my case . I’m tired and sick of repeating the same story to them , this has caused me loss in my business as most of my work is carried out through Internet . I feel cheated by Airtel and it’s staff it’s just making my mockery instead of helping , this is what I get from Airtel for being a loyal consumer. The Airtel Network claiming to be the best Network in India is a Fraudulent company and is cheating on there customer. In the name of 4G speed they are not even providing 3G speed . I would request you to please look in this matter and help me.
