During 11-14 May 2022, I was on visit to Almora District in Uttarakhand. I was unable to receive any call as well as was unable to access internet throughout. Call drop was experienced frequently. It was like living in an age of 2G in the era of 4/5G. I was able to receive only a single tower during my tour. I registered a Service Complaint No. CMICO3CHD20220512830759 on 12 May 22 which was closed without any information to me and without any resolution provided.
It is my sincere request that I may please be informed that why my service request was closed without any information given to the complainant. Doesn’t Airtel takes cognizance of any service request registered with it?
