Text of Complaint by SURAKAT JELILI ADISA:

My Airtel line has charged excessively two times this month. Upon activation of 4gig data plan, I was sent the second day that my data balance is 50mb without any significant usage of the data. I would like this matter to resolved before the end of this day because I urgently need to use data for my work. Thank you.
