Dear Customer Care Executive,
My name is Raman Preet Singh and I have a postpaid connection on number 8146069280 (Plan 649).

This is a monthly repetitive problem of you not giving me my monthly allocation of 90GB data on my billing cycle change.
I have frequent complaints with regard to my data, but nobody has resolved the problem. I keep getting calls that my issue will be resolved & has been handed over to ‘backend team’. I sincerely feel that you are not wanting to resolve my problem or you are not capable of doing it. I am tired of lame excuses being given by your so called executives.
I complaint is simple. My billing cycle changes on 25 of every month. But on 26 of each month the monthly data (90 GB) is NOT added to my data balance. I can’t understand why is it so difficult for your operators to check it. You can see my data usage on 24-25-26 of each month. You would find that without even coming online you suddenly deduct a huge data from my account and no monthly data is added to my data balance (a fixed amount of 10 GB data is added only). I am enclosing the screenshots of each day data balance while I am being offline from your data network. Please check data usage info from your system.
Date 25 Jan – Data Balance 129.3 GB out of 181.0 GB
Date 26 Jan – Data Balance 139.3 GB out of 189.3 GB
I have not even come online Airtel data network since evening of 25 Jan. You can check that at your end. But when your executive will call me, he will impose upon me that I have used up 60GB data in 7 hrs and that their system cannot be wrong. How can I use Airtel data when I am not even online your data network ?
I am also enclosing the screen shot of SMS I receive every month saying that 10GB data is added to my carry over data. I just don’t understand why you can’t give me 90 GB data every month for which I am paying for.
Thank God for JIO Network which is sustaining my Dual Sim phone, because Airtel is just pathetic when it comes to taking care of their old customers.
You can see that there is something wrong with the whole setup. You can check my usage, even if I am not coming online on Airtel Network since evening of 25 Jan, how is my data getting used in such large quantity.
Pl resolve this long pending issue, I am getting tired of this issue each month. Or at least be a man/woman enough to acknowledge that resolving this problem is beyond your capability.
