This complaint is about indigo airline with 6E2587 number.
We have our bag for check in with the clear instructions that our bag contains liquor, please do put a sticker mentioning fragile but that employee denied that we don’t provide that service now so we request her to put some sensitive mentioning on the bag, she accepted our request but later on within 15 minutes they called us and told that our liquor bottles are damaged.
Basically our 2 liquor bottles got damaged with all the products, clothes and documents .
