Text of Complaint by BALBIRSINGH KALWAN:

I have provided my car for service on November 28th, 2022. A pick-up boy picked up the car, and after verifying the vehicle condition, he took my car for a service. I never faced any issues with my car till now. I was looking to go with standard service, so I opted for an engine flush, an oil change, and general service. I am driving my car daily and noticed no sound coming from the engine. Post-delivery, there is noise coming from the car. No one is helping in this matter; the service buddy is arguing and the escalation manager is not picking up the call. Customer service keeps repeating, “We will arrange a call,” but no one is calling and resolving my issues. I am travelling with my family, and if any issues occur during travel, GoMechanic will be held responsible for the same.
