I have ordered for 7 KG LG washing machine on 14th July from flipkart. On 16th when technician came for installation he told me that machine is damaged. So when  i have placed replacement request flipkart has blocked my account. I have been following up with them but flipkart is not enabling the account and daily they are giving same predefined wordings. Requesting you to take immediate action on flipkart.
